Return & Terms of Use – Houston Wallpapering
By placing an order on our website, the Customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
All purchases from Houston Wallpapering are considered final and made at the Customer’s own risk. By placing an order, accepting a shipment, or submitting payment, you accept these Terms. We do not accept any external conditions set by the customer unless previously agreed upon in writing by Houston Wallpapering.
2. Pricing & Quotes
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Pricing does not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees. Any clerical or typographical errors may be corrected. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Product Availability & Special Orders
We do our best to keep stock updated. If an item is out of stock, we’ll inform you of estimated shipping times. Items not normally stocked or custom orders may require full prepayment and are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped via U.S.-based carriers. Title and risk pass to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays or losses once the product leaves our facility. We do not ship internationally.
5. Returns & Refunds
To request a return, email us at support@houstonwallpapering.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- A 30% restocking fee will apply (unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Any item returned after 15 days.
- Opened or repackaged wallpaper rolls.
- Orders shipped outside the U.S. (we do not accept or support these).
- Fabric, borders, bathrooms, and accessories are not offered or accepted.
- Customized or special order items.
- Wallpaper sold by full case (unless defective).
- Samples.
Return Instructions:
- Contact us to request your RA#.
- Securely package the item with your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the box.
- Follow the full return instructions provided by our support team.
Refund Process:
Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Return shipping costs will be deducted unless the return was due to our error.
6. Warranty
All products include the manufacturer’s warranty only. Houston Wallpapering offers no additional warranties. For issues, please refer to the original brand’s warranty policy. If needed, we can help you initiate a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
7. Limitation of Liability
Houston Wallpapering is not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as installation failure, lost time, or project delays. Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item.
8. Ownership & Payment
All products remain the property of Houston Wallpapering until paid in full. We reserve the right to cancel or hold shipments for overdue accounts or request prepayment on accounts with multiple late payments.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All purchases and agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes must be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
